The restaurant is a family-friendly environment during dining hours, and children's menus and high chairs are available upon request. For private dining events where alcohol is served, additional age restrictions may apply in accordance with New South Wales liquor licensing laws.

Poker Lounge Eligibility

18+ Only

Access to the poker lounge is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry, and it must be presented upon request by our staff. Acceptable forms of ID include an Australian driver's licence, passport, or proof of age card. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, and this age restriction is in compliance with New South Wales gambling regulations.

Reservations and Cancellations

Making a Reservation

Reservations for dining and poker lounge seats can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card may be required to secure certain bookings, particularly for private poker suites, large group dining, and peak service periods. All reservations are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. For parties of 8 or more, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange appropriate seating and service.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to compensate for reserved seating and staffing. The following charges apply:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of $50 per person.
  • No-shows may be charged the full per-person fee for the reserved experience.
  • To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us by phone at +61 437 591 820 or email at [email protected].

Payment

Payment for dining and poker lounge services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards and cash. A surcharge may apply to credit card payments, and this will be disclosed before you complete your transaction. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
